My counselling and psychotherapy practice is in in Plympton, at The Ridgeway Clinic, 112 Ridgeway, Plympton PL7 2HN. There is free parking within walking distance.

I also have a consulting room in Plymouth at 34 New Street, The Barbican, Plymouth, Devon PL1 2NA. There is pleny of metered parking about 2 minutes walk away. ABOUT ME:

After leaving school I went to Sussex University to study Psychology where I obtained a BA(Hons). From there I worked and travelled for a few years, spending time in Greece, America and London. Settling in Plymouth, I worked in the medical industry, gaining a good understanding of the business world with its inevitable stresses and strains. Seven years ago I embarked on an Integrated Therapeutic Counselling Course, spanning many therapeutic areas. I have worked in the voluntary sector, with a placement at the Glenborne Unit at Derriford Hospital, for the Psychotherapy department at Ridgeview and for the Firebird Charity in Plymouth, Devon.
The Firebird Charity is dedicated to women who have been sexually abused.

From working in the medical world to being with a client as they work through there issues and life itself with everything it throws at us, has given me a wide depth of human experience which I bring to my therapeutic encounters.

I now work as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Plymouth, Devon and I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
